GOMES linked with Barcelona

Barcelona are keeping a close eye on Manchester United hotshot, Angel Gomes according to The Daily Mail understand.

The 16-year-old is widely regarded as one of club’s hottest prospects and the Catalans are well aware of his talent and continue to monitor him. Gomes is a creative midfielder who has shown a great deal of potential playing for his club and country since joining Manchester United as a 13-year-old and has blazed through the ranks at the club's academy.

He currently captains the U-18 side after making his Under-18 debut just over a year ago while he has also captained England Under-17 side.
 Several top clubs are keeping tabs on his services, with Barcelona leading the chase at the moment.

The youngster is a first year scholar and has a deal until June 2018 at Old Trafford, and he is likely to be offered a professional contract in the near future.
