Athletico Madrid have agreed terms with Nigerian goalkeeper, Ikechukwu Ezenwa according to allnigeriasoccer beating Cadiz to the punch. He is said to have agreed preliminary contract which will be activated when the January transfer window opens.

Both Segunda division side, Cadiz and Athletico Madrid were reported to have jostled for the signature of the Nigerian but Cadiz failed to meet the asking price and personal terms.
Ikechukwu Ezenwa’s deal with Atletico Madrid is subject to clearance from the Nigerian Federation and Fifa.
