Sam Allardyce has left his post as the Three Lions coach after just a game in charge. Both the FA and Allardyce agreed to mutually terminate the deal with immediate effect after improper conduct by the former Blackburn gaffer.

The manager of the England men's senior team is a position which must demonstrate strong leadership and show respect for the integrity of the game at all times."
