Barca teammate in the quest to win his sixth Ballon d'Or title at the expense of the Ronaldo despite winning to major trophies this year and outshining Messi for most of the year. Neymar believes Messi has done more than Ronaldo after losing the COPA America final. Neymar said to Portuguese newspaper O Jogo, “Messi should win the Ballon d'Or. He deserves it after winning titles for Barcelona and reaching the final of the Copa America with Argentina.” He added, "Ronaldo played well but not as fantastic as Messi did for both Barcelona and Argentina.” The winner would be announced next January.
