from the London-based club before they can officially confirm the deal with Santa fe. The Colombian caught the eye of Chelsea scouts while playing in the South American Under-15 Championships 5 years ago.
The 20-year-old attacker has signed a pre-contract with the Premier League club back in 2012 but remained with his parent club Deportes Quindio before joining up with the Premier League giants in the summer of 2013.
Rodriguez has had loan spells at Colombian club Uniautónoma, French outfit Bastia and Portuguese side Vitoria, while he spent last season in Belgium with Sint-Truiden.
